The Reclaimed Nest provides professional organizing, packing, unpacking, move management, home setup, home reset, and related home-management services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to submit a booking request, approve a proposal, or purchase services through this website.

Booking and Consultation Requests

Submitting a contact form, scheduling a discovery call, or requesting a consultation does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed service appointment.

Appointments requiring approval are not confirmed until The Reclaimed Nest provides written confirmation. We may approve, decline, or propose a different appointment time based on availability, location, staffing, project requirements, or service-area limitations.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, scheduling, and project information.

Estimates, Proposals, and Service Agreements

Any pricing displayed on this website is informational and may represent starting prices, typical ranges, or estimates only.

Final pricing depends on factors that may include the project scope, property size, condition of the space, number of team members required, travel, timeline, supplies, specialty materials, and other project-specific needs.

Before paid project work begins, the client may receive a separate proposal, estimate, invoice, or service agreement. If those documents conflict with these website Terms & Conditions, the terms of the signed project-specific agreement will control.

 

Payments and Deposits

Payment requirements will be stated in the applicable booking page, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Deposits or retainers may be required to reserve project dates, team members, supplies, or other resources. Clients authorize The Reclaimed Nest and its payment providers to process approved charges using the payment method selected by the client.

Clients are responsible for all charges they knowingly approve, including applicable taxes, materials, travel charges, cancellation fees, and other amounts described in their written proposal or agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, no-shows, deposits, supply purchases, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable project agreement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.

Client Responsibilities

​

When services are performed at a client’s property, the client agrees to:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Disclose known hazards, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, construction activity, aggressive animals, pests, or other circumstances that may affect the team.

• Secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, confidential records, and other sensitive or high-value property unless the handling of those items has been specifically agreed upon in writing.

• Provide timely decisions, approvals, and accurate instructions when needed to complete the project.

• Ensure that the client has the legal authority to authorize work at the property.

The Reclaimed Nest may pause, reschedule, or decline work when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, unlawful, materially different from those disclosed, or outside the agreed project scope.

Personal Property and Documents

​

We handle client property with care. However, organizing, packing, unpacking, moving, and home-management services naturally involve the handling of personal belongings.

 

Specific procedures, responsibility limitations, and reporting requirements concerning loss or damage will be governed by the client’s service agreement.

 

The Reclaimed Nest does not intentionally discard documents, mail, photographs, money, identification, legal records, or other potentially important personal items without appropriate client direction.

Photographs and Project Information

​

Clients may voluntarily submit photographs, videos, measurements, or descriptions of their property to help us evaluate a project. The Reclaimed Nest may use that information to respond to the inquiry, prepare an estimate, plan services, or maintain project records.

Unless the client provides written notice stating otherwise before services begin, the client authorizes The Reclaimed Nest to photograph or record the project before, during, and after services are performed. These images may be used for project documentation, staff training, portfolios, our website, social media, advertising, and other legitimate business or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The Reclaimed Nest will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying client names, street addresses, confidential documents, financial information, family photographs, or other sensitive identifying details.

​

Clients who do not want their property or project photographed or used publicly must provide written notice before services begin by emailing ReclaimedNestTexas@gmail.com. After receiving timely written notice, The Reclaimed Nest will not use new images from that project for public marketing.

This general authorization applies to the property, belongings, spaces, and work performed. Recognizable images of clients, household members, children, guests, or team members will not be used publicly without separate permission from the person photographed or, when applicable, their parent or legal guardian.
