Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Reclaimed Nest, every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled around our clients, team members, travel time, and project needs. We understand that plans sometimes change and ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
Discovery Calls & Consultations
Complimentary discovery calls may be canceled or rescheduled at any time before the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us so the time may be made available to another client.
Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may result in the loss of the consultation fee, if applicable. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with appropriate notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new consultation fee.
Consultation fees are nonrefundable once the consultation has been completed.
Service Appointments
Confirmed service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled labor amount. Same-day cancellations and appointments missed without notice may be charged up to the full scheduled labor amount.
Any applicable fee will be based on the team members, time, travel, and resources reserved for the appointment.
Project Deposits and Retainers:
Deposits or retainers may be required to reserve project dates, labor, or materials. The refundability of a deposit will be stated in the client’s written proposal or service agreement.
Once the applicable cancellation period has passed, amounts already used to reserve labor, purchase supplies, order specialty materials, or perform project preparation may be nonrefundable. Any remaining refundable balance will be determined according to the written proposal and work completed at the time of cancellation.
Supplies and Special Purchases:
Custom-ordered, personalized, opened, used, or nonreturnable supplies purchased for a client’s project are not eligible for a refund. Refunds for eligible returned items may be reduced by vendor restocking fees, return shipping, or other charges that The Reclaimed Nest cannot recover.
Completed Services:
Payments for services already performed are nonrefundable. If you have a concern regarding completed work, please contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances in good faith and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Changes Made by The Reclaimed Nest:
If The Reclaimed Nest must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, unsafe conditions, severe weather, staffing emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the client may choose a new available date. Any payment collected specifically for a service we cannot provide will be applied to the rescheduled appointment or refunded, as appropriate.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Transaction or processing fees that are not returned to The Reclaimed Nest may be deducted where permitted by law.
Legal Rights:
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived. If federal, Texas, or other applicable law provides a client with a greater right to cancel a qualifying transaction, that law will control.
