Cancellation Policy

At The Reclaimed Nest, we recognize that life can be unpredictable. To provide a smooth experience for our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy for our cleaning services: Notice Period To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients. Our cancellation policy includes the following fee structure: **No Fee** Cancellations made more than **24 hours** before the scheduled service. **$50 Deposit** Cancellations made less than **12 hours** prior to the appointment. **Full Charge** Cancellations made **Same Day** of the scheduled service will incur a FULL SERVICE charge. If you need to reschedule, you can do so without penalty as long as you provide **at least 24 hours' notice**. Simply contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist! We understand that emergencies can arise. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, such as illness or a family emergency, please reach out to us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and may waive cancellation fees upon verification. To ensure transparency, our cancellation policy is detailed in our service agreements and confirmed with every booking. We encourage our clients to review this policy to avoid misunderstandings. At The Reclaimed Nest, we strive for excellence in our cleaning services. If you need to cancel, your feedback on the reason would be greatly appreciated. Your insights help us improve our services and better serve our community. Thank you for choosing The Reclaimed Nest for your cleaning needs. We look forward to transforming your space into a beautifully reclaimed haven!
